It takes one click to join the Pandas at 6pm on a Monday night for stretching followed by a HIIT/fitness workout with Alec and Sam Church live streamed from their garden.
In line with Panda netball it's for all ages and fitness abilities. Sam will lead the easier options leaving Alec to the hardcore!
